MIPIM is the world's biggest property event, at which 20-30,000 business delegates gather for a week to discuss property issues and do deals. With a captive audience of high-lvel decision-makers it is the number one event on the property industry calendar. If you are open for business, this is where the business is.

Every year since 2004 3Fox has been helping local authorities and others attend MIPIM.


3Fox has organised, managed and generated funding for delegations representing a number of areas: the London boroughs of Southwark, Croydon, Newham, Ealing, Hounslow, Enfield, Barnet and Barking and Dagenham have all hosted stands supported by 3Fox. In each case 3Fox has booked space within the London Pavilion (the Pavilion itself is managed by Pipers, who sub-let the space from MIPIM owner Reed MIDEM).

3Fox has also arranged travel, accommodation, marketing, MIPIM events (breakfasts, lunches, dinners, receptions, workshops, round tables and presentations) and diary management, including arranging meetings with targeted companies or company types.

As well as formal exhibition stands, 3Fox has organised travel, accomodation, marketing, events and diary management for smaller delegations on behalf of Medway, Re and the London Stansted Cambridge Growth Corridor.

We have also delivered set-piece events at MIPIM, such as the Sitematch lunch in 2014; and in 2015 the Willmott Dixon MIPIM Dinner and Locate in Kent drinks reception and dinner.
