Speaking exclusively to Central City, associate director at Countrywide Property Management Geoff Solman said he was seeing "increased activity across the board".
His comments support those made by Jonathan Ottewell, associate at Savills, in a recent edition of the "Birmingham Post" newspaper. He highlighted that "the first quarter of 2010 has seen a marked improvement for Coventry's commercial property market". read more
