3Fox International's MIPIM 2018 kicks off with the introduction of London Councils, followed by networking by Hounslow Council, a huge JV partnership announcement by Havering Council, and the arrival of the Cycle to MIPIM team in Cannes.

Launch of London Councils stand at MIPIM, with breakfast and short intro from Darren Rodwell, executive member for city development.

3Fox has worked with Wates and Scape to organise a dinner with local authorities around the country.

Having been appointed to Scape’s National Construction Framework in 2017,  Wates will be delivering major projects for the public sector across the UK, worth between £10-£50 million over the next four years.

As leaders in the education sector, Wates has delivered 76,000 school places in the last four years and has a strong commitment to sustainable development.
