EMAILT: 020 7978 6840 In 2004 Toby founded 3Fox International, the media and events company which works with local authorities and their private sector partners to support development and regeneration programmes. In partnership with Ealing Council, Toby established the innovative Sitematch programme, which introduces public sector landowners to developers. He also leads 3Fox consultancy projects, including training programmes and placemaking for major regeneration schemes. Before 3Fox, Toby co-founded a publishing business, having previously spent eight years as a journalist on trade publications in the computing, airport retail and luxury goods sectors. A major highlight of Toby's 10th year at 3Fox was his successful completion of the Broadgate Estates Cycle to MIPIM event, which he completed again in 2015.
EMAILT: 020 7978 6840 Siobhán has seen a significant increase in the number and variety of 3Fox titles since joining the company in 2010. She began her career as a feature writer, contributing to national broadsheets and magazines in Britain and Ireland over a 10-year period. At three London councils during the following 10 years, Siobhán led corporate communications services, gaining extensive experience of crisis media relations, editing award-winning council magazines and running public awareness campaigns. She ran her consultancy from 2003-2010, joining 3Fox in March 2010, in a role which draws on all of her previous experience. Siobhán and her partner provide media support to the Temple Street 4x4 Challenge, which has raised over €250,000 for a national children's hospital in Dublin – Find out more.

EMAILT: 020 7978 6840 Paul has developed his pivotal role at 3Fox since 2007, and was promoted to his current role in May 2013. He has established and led the business development team, which supports local authorities in marketing their regeneration programmes to investors and developers. Paul began in media sales in 1999 − his experience includes three years at Profile Pursuit, working on Zee Magazine and various football club titles; two years at Ethnic Media Group on weekly special interest national newspapers including New Nation and Eastern Eye, as well as the Asian Business Awards, and three years on financial titles at Hillgate Publishing, founded by VNU directors.
Business development executive
EMAILT: 020 7978 6840 Josie joined 3Fox as a business development executive in July 2016, after graduating from Sheffield University with a 2:1 degree in English Literature. Alongside her experience in retail sales that she gained during her spare time at university, Josie has also worked on a voluntary basis for a marketing and events company in Derbyshire, where she wrote blogs for clients and has been commissioned to carry out copy-writing projects. True to her English literature roots, Josie is also a keen reader and has had articles published in Forge Press, the University of Sheffield newspaper.
News and digital editor
EMAILT: 020 7978 6840 Marco was promoted to his current position in January 2017. He is responsible for the news and digital content across all 3Fox publications. Marco joined the company as a reporter in February 2016 after a three-month internship while gaining his NCTJ gold standard diploma. Born in Rome, he studied and worked in Italy and Germany. He has a master's degree in philosophy and his studies included politics, economics and history. Marco moved to London in September 2015, when he was awarded a scholarship from the European Union which allowed him to gain his NCTJ qualification.
EMAILT: 0207 978 6840 Jade joined 3Fox on an initial internship basis in June 2015, to assist with the company's increasing number of magazine launches, seminars, networking events and property industry conferences. The role became a permanent full-time position in October 2015. Jade was recruited straight after finishing her studies at the University of Sussex, where she obtained a 2:1 BA Hons degree in History and American Studies. An enthusiasm for travel has seen Jade spend a year in Austin, Texas, USA, as part of her degree, during which time she also travelled to Cuba, Costa Rica, Panama and Nicaragua.
Business development manager
EMAILT: 020 7978 6840 Shelley joined 3Fox International in 2006, having worked in sales, marketing and conference production roles at media companies including Incisive Media and Euromoney. After launching the 3Fox events business, Shelley has worked on various local authority marketing initiatives since 2011 as business development manager and works with Wakefield and Brighton & Hove councils, as well as a number of London boroughs. Shelley is a keen cyclist and with 3Fox colleagues completed a 100km charity bike ride in summer 2014. She is now in training for further sportives. Also a keen gardener, Shelley runs a London windowbox delivery company and is also a part-time DJ. She plays flute, piano and guitar.
EMAIL Lottie joined the busy 3Fox events team in October 2016, in time to work on a packed autumn programme of launches and networking sessions. Her previous experience has entailed working as a PA in project management in the property and construction industry in central London. Having graduated with a degree in anthropology from the University of Southampton, Lottie was able to further her interest in long-distance travel when she spent a year travelling around Asia, India, Bali and Australia. Closer to home, cycling is Lottie's passion, which she embraces in the spirit of adventure, taking part in the annual Tour de Force charity sportive. Riders cycle the stages of the Tour de France – including the breathtaking Col d'Aspin and Col du Tourmalet – raising money for good causes through their efforts. Lottie is also a netball enthusiast – and always up for a challenge – is learning to playing the saxophone.
EMAILT: 020 7978 6840 Chris was promoted to his current role after a successful two years as production assistant, working on editorial and production related tasks. He contributes to the creative development of 3Fox titles and runs the editorial team’s picture desk, sourcing the best images — or devising fresh ideas when high quality pictures cannot be found. Chris is responsible for liaising with printers to ensure the smooth running of our busy magazine schedule and particularly enjoys layout and visual related jobs. Having graduated from Staffordshire University with a degree in animation, Chris enjoys comics and graphic novels in his spare time, and is in the process of creating his own series which can be read here.
Business development executive
EMAILT: 020 7978 6840 Amanda joined the dynamic 3Fox business development team in September 2016, relishing fresh challenges and a change of direction after successive stints working as a radio presenter on two stations, KISS Fm and Heat Radio. At the beginning of her career, Amanda had undertaken roles in PR and quickly found that her lively personality and strong organising skills were well suited to event management, arranging parties for companies such as John Lewis, Deloitte and Samsung. A graduate of the University of Kent where she studied history, Amanda also fitted in a year at the University of Miami in Coral Gables, Florida. She then drove over to the west coast and bitten by the travel bug, spent four months exploring. Amanda enjoys keeping fit and in her spare time, runs sessions as a personal trainer, sharing her experience and skills with others who want to achieve their personal goals. Absolutely dedicated in meeting her own targets, Amanda ran the London marathon last year.
Office and projects manager
EMAILT: 020 7978 6840 Sue has managed four 3Fox office moves, each more complex than the one before. The move to significantly larger offices in Croydon has entailed Sue's management of a full fit-out in newly refurbished premises. The company's office manager since 2006, Sue was promoted in 2015 to add project management to her varied role. She develops company policies and her responsibilities include HR and accounts. Sue is an invaluable sounding board and signpost – clients and colleagues alike find that her extensive knowledge of 3Fox means issues get resolved before they turn into problems. Previously she has held numerous senior office administration roles in the UK and Australia. Outside of work, Sue is a devoted mum and thoroughly committed bare-footed hedonist.
EMAILT: 020 7978 6840 Simon is responsible for the 3Fox database, which numbers around 40,000 property industry professionals – investors, landowners, architects, planning consultants, developers, commercial and residential agents, as well as senior politicians and executives across the public sector, in local and regional authorities and central government departments. Simon deals with online and hard copy requests for subscriptions to 3Fox titles and the Sitematch programme; he also compiles mailing lists and updates company and contact details. Having joined 3Fox in 2009, Simon previously undertook data entry and database roles at Crimestoppers Trust, Transport for London and the Red Cross. Simon's interests include films, books, comics and video games, especially from the science fiction genre. He’s also part of the huge community of AFOLs – adult fans of Lego – and builds increasingly complicated sets of advanced models, often on science fiction themes.

EMAILT: 020 7978 6840 Natasha was promoted to her current role in May 2016, following the continuing growth of the events side of the business. She has organised the packed 3Fox programme at MIPIM 2016, supporting delegations and running events for the company's council partners at the global property show in Cannes. Since joining 3Fox in 2012, Natasha has worked on numerous Sitematch events and ran the Scape 2015 conference in Liverpool. Throughout the year, Natasha organises magazine launches and networking occasions. Her social life mirrors work, as Natasha loves organising themed parties – from Gatsby and Come Dine with Me to 90s pop.
Business development manager
EMAILT: 020 7978 6840 Harry joined 3Fox in October 2014 as part of the company's talented business development team. He works on raising sponsorship for some of the company's flagship magazines, including Southwark,Great West and Ealing in London. Prior to this, Harry worked in sales at legal and trade finance publisher, the Wilmington Group, and also spent several years as the presenter of a popular breakfast show on local radio station, 91.8 FM Hayes. He is an avid supporter of Fulham Football Club and can often be found on the Craven Cottage terraces during Saturday afternoons, cheering on his team.
EMAILT: 020 7978 6840 Maria joined 3Fox International in September 2014 and was promoted from deputy editor to editor in November 2015. She has vast experience in property and publishing, having worked in the sector for around 20 years, first as a property lawyer at leading City and West End legal practices, and, since 1997, as a journalist, writing for various leading trade publications, including as a real estate columnist for Legal Business magazine. Maria has also gained extensive communications experience, working both in-house and through content marketing agencies. She speaks several languages, including German and French.
EMAILT: 020 7978 6840 James was promoted to the position of assistant editor in November 2015. He joined 3Fox as a reporter in February 2013, following the completion of his NCTJ qualification; he then became chief reporter in April 2014. Previously, James wrote theatre, restaurant, music and film reviews for various media and now contributes to all our digital and print titles. On becoming assistant editor, James now co-edits some 3Fox titles and is developing his editing skills further throughout 2016. James graduated from Liverpool John Moores University in 2008 with a creative writing degree, and is also a keen guitarist, teaching the instrument to beginners.
EMAIL James has been a keen enthusiast of technology since learning BBC Basic in the 1980s. He has been developing websites professionally since 1999. He enjoys the broad range of disciplines required to bring design work to the largest possible audience.
Deputy editor of Insurance Times and former deputy editor of Local Government Chronicle, David is an award-winning writer and contributor to a number of publications on finance, property and other business matters.
Experienced architecture and design journalist who has contributed to numerous specialist titles including Building Design, RIBA Journal, Grand Designs Magazine, OnOffice, FX and Blueprint as well as mainstream national newspapers and magazines. She has also worked as a freelance project and copy editor for several leading book publishers.

Event programme and research director
EMAIL David is responsible for developing 3Fox International's SocInvest conference, workshop and seminars on regeneration and economic development finance and funding, including the UK's leading independent annual event. In addition, he manages the company's research programme on regeneration and economic development topics as well as contributing regularly to the SocInvest newsletter.
Writer and editor
Former editor of monthly consumer title Build It magazine, now writing and researching for several publications on architecture, home improvement, self-build and regeneration.
After working on a French property title, Kirsty joined 3Fox International as deputy editor in 2006 and was promoted to the role of executive editor in September 2008. During this period, Kirsty launched six magazines, including Ealing in London and R:UK, both of which continue to be published, with the latter recently having been relaunched as Reading:UK. She also worked on 26 issues of 3Fox titles, including Medway1, Renaissance (for Newcastle), and Perspective, the Derby magazine. Kirsty stayed with 3Fox until 2010 and she is now a regular contributor of feature articles on a freelance basis.

Elizabeth is a news journalist and features writer specialising in education and young people, local government and regeneration. She spent three years working on local newspapers in north London after completing an MA in Journalism at the University of Sunderland and an internship at The Guardian. She contributes to education magazine Future Leaders, The BBC, The Guardian, Huffington Post and The Voice.
Noella Pio Kivlehan
A mainstay of Estates Gazette, Noella has worked on the property bible since 2001. She is editor of two sections of the magazine: the sector Focus reports, which cover retail, leisure, industrial, green, technology, healthcare, public sector, auctions and residential; and the careers/lifestyle section called EG Life. She produces a retail supplement four times a year, which is gaining a reputation as a must read for the retail sector. Noella is also a regular contributor of features to 3Fox titles.
EMAIL Freelance journalist Lucy Purdy writes for a range of titles, which include Guardian Sustainable Business, New Statesman and New Internationalist and is associate editor at constructive journalism magazine Positive News. She specialises in writing about the environment, nature connection and positive social change. She began writing for 3Fox in 2011 and has since edited several titles including Medway1 magazine, Ealing in London, Connect Wakefield and Invest Waltham Forest. She was nominated for Feature Writer of the Year and Campaign Writer of the Year at the NUJ 2010 Regional Press Awards before turning freelance in 2011.
EMAIL Louise is a public consultation and stakeholder engagement specialist She first developed this expertise as communications manager for two 'G15' housing associations in London and the South East, managing stakeholder communications for stock transfer and regeneration programmes. In 2002 she joined the property and planning team of a leading PR company, leaving in 2007 to become a co-founder of Quatro. She was key to the company's growth and success, and helped to secure planning consent for a number of large-scale mixed-use projects including several for Cathedral Group (now U+I) before leaving in 2014. Louise now works with 3Fox team as an associate, building on their existing knowledge and experience to develop a specialist pre-planning consultation offering, which is seen as a natural development for the company.
Oswin is an associate lecturer at Central St Martins and has broad experience as a graphic designer (clients include Labour Party, US Democratic Party, Howl Agency and UsTwo digital design agency).
