Bradford

Launched in 2010, Bradford magazine tells the story of development and regeneration in this historic Yorkshire city and the stunning surrounding semi-rural district.

The magazine is mailed to 5,000 established and prospective investors, advisors and others. It is also distributed at events attended by Bradford Metropolitan District Council, including MIPIM and its own inward investment events hosted by partners in London.

The annual magazine is augmented by a weekly-updated news website and quarterly email newsletter.

Testimonials

"Bradford magazine is a superb initiative which shows Bradford Council that local businesses support the work they are doing and the regeneration of the city. We believe in Bradford and we believe that the magazine will attract investor attention and that's why we'll be supporting the magazine in the future."

Mani Waheed
Managing director
Squarefoot Apartments

"It looks great. I had to be convinced the magazine was a good idea but it's a very positive statement for and about Bradford. And there's no better time than now for good news. Now it's critical to Bradford's brand to maintain momentum on the back of the magazine."

Jonathan Riley

"In these times of economic uncertainty and depressed investment opportunities it is refreshing to see and be part of this new initiative from Bradford Council and its private sector partners. Cultural diversity, tourism, film, educational excellence, a landscape with many views and a growing population underpins Bradford's true potential and this magazine showcases the many opportunities that exist that can only help to strengthen the image of our great city… We are proud supporters of Bradford."

Paul Mackie
Chairman
Rex Procter & Partners

"As a business we have been in the city for 63 years and take pride in delivering architecture and engineering in our region. Several of our projects appear in the magazine, which is refreshing, so we'd like to send them to clients for not only this marketing reason but to show them what positive improvements the inhabitants of Bradford are achieving collectively. All too often the press portray a negative image of Bradford so it is refreshing to reveal the array of interesting and inspiring projects that are happening."

Antony Mobbs
Managing Director
Robinson Design

"Very impressed by the magazine, its layout and content. Will be passing it on to other people in the business and look forward to receiving the next issue."

Matthew Crowther

"We are absolutely thrilled with the publication - the quality, content, presentation and style are everything we look for in a publication of this type. We have forwarded the magazine to clients throughout the world who have been equally impressed, in particular the eclectic nature of the magazine which is a delight to read."
